Biodanza classes in Central London N1 9QZ

'Biodanza is a fusion of art, science and love. Music is the universal language understood by all, and dancing is the form to re-connect the body and soul while human contact awakens a sense of “love for ourselves and our fellow man' - Rolando Toro Araneda, Founder of Biodanza.

Join us on Friday night. This is your invitation to nurture, nourish, expand and elevate your spirit. Providing you an opportunity to dance, relax, explore, connect and re-energise.

'The Dance of Life’, Biodanza is a process which improves vitality and well-being over time. There are dances and exercises for co-ordination, for letting go and to relief the stress.

Biodanza is a system of creative movements which was developed in the 1960s by the Chilean psychologist Rolando Toro, and now is loved by people in 54 countries.

Olga is a certified teacher and has been studying the Biodanza method in London School of Biodanza for three years. She has been running her classes in Hugh Cubitt Centre near Kings Cross station since 2014.
